Stephanie Weatherby, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
After earning her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX, Stephanie found her calling in concierge medicine. She is driven by her desire to provide integrative, compassionate health care that doesn’t add to the stress and chaos of daily life.
As a mom, Stephanie knows just how meaningful it is to have a consistent healthcare provider who can pop in at your convenience to handle your primary and urgent care needs – answering your questions, listening to your concerns, and treating you with kindness and respect.
Melissa Johnson, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC/AC
Melissa is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years in children’s health. She began her nursing education at the University of Miami and completed her Master of Science in Pediatric Primary Care and Post-Master’s in Pediatric Acute Care at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Melissa spent more than six years as a registered nurse at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, where she developed a keen interest in how gut health influences the immune system. For the past 16 years in primary care, she has centered her practice on education, holistic wellness, and easing the anxiety that often comes with medical care. Melissa’s goal is to make every visit warm, supportive, and even fun for kids and families.
A Tribe Wellness team member since the beginning, she is driven by her genuine love for the families she serves. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys life with her husband, their three energetic boys, and four rescue dogs. She is an avid reader, passionate traveler, and active community volunteer.
Stephanie Henderson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Stephanie is your trusted healthcare partner in Houston, TX. Holding a Masters of Science in Nursing from TTUHSC in Lubbock, TX, Stephanie's extensive background includes ICU, ER, nursing education, and administration. Her expertise extends to both pediatric and adult primary care, driven by a genuine passion for holistic wellness. Her love for food, travel, and fitness enriches her approach. As an avid CrossFitter and a passionate cook, Stephanie understands the value of balanced living.
Ashley Morrow, PT
Ashley began her Physical Therapy career working in the hospital setting with patients who needed help after surgery to increase their mobility. She received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2006, and after 2 years in the hospital setting, she transitioned to pediatric home health - her true passion.
Ashley loves helping patients increase strength, achieve milestones, and improve gross motor function in the comfort of their homes. She has worked with everyone from newborns - 100 year olds, and always shows up with a smile and a positive vibes mindset that truly benefits her patients.
Tiffany Bynum MSN, APRN, FNP-C
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive health care. With a background in nursing and advanced clinical training.
I specialize in delivering primary and specialty care to patients of all ages, receiving my Master's of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Arlington. I strive to establish trusting relationships with patients and their families to insure personalized and effective healthcare solutions. I am committed to making a positive impact on the health and well being of those under my care.
Ashley Seitzer, MSN, APRN, CPNP
Ashley is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years of experience in primary care and developmental pediatrics. Her Master’s degree in nursing focused exclusively on pediatrics, reflecting her deep commitment to caring for children at every stage of growth and development.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Ashley spent eight years as a registered nurse in high-acuity pediatric settings, including four years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and four years in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU. This experience provides a strong clinical foundation and steady confidence in both routine and more complex pediatric care.
Pediatrics is Ashley’s passion. She cares for each child as if they were her own and partners closely with parents to ensure every aspect of their child’s health is thoughtfully supported. She prioritizes building meaningful, trust-based relationships so families feel heard, valued, and confident in the care their child receives through TRIBE’s comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
Ashley Luck, MSN, APRN, CPNP
Ashley is an integrative pediatric nurse practitioner who has a wide range of experience including traditional pediatric primary care, urgent care and ER, newborn care, lactation services, and functional and integrative medicine! Ashley has a passion for looking at the body as a whole and getting to the root cause of issues to heal the body from the inside out! She loves education, prevention, and giving you practical ways to live a healthier and happier life! Ashley has a warm and bubbly personality that makes even the most nervous child feel comfortable with her.
Niti Randhawa, MD
Dr. Niti Randhawa is a physician with over 20 years of experience in holistic and integrative medicine. She holds a BA in Biology from Baylor University and earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After completing her Family Medicine Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital, she became certified by The Institute for Functional Medicine.
Dr. Randhawa emphasizes a whole-person approach to health, focusing on root causes of illness and individualized treatment plans that prioritize natural remedies and lifestyle optimization. Her expertise includes hormone balancing, gut health, detoxification, and metabolic health.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, her German Shepherd, nature, exercising, and traveling.
Olivia Infante, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Olivia is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both family and psychiatric mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from The University of Texas at Arlington. Most recently, she completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program through Walden University. Olivia is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population.
In addition to her clinical practice, Olivia is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of nurses. She currently serves as a clinical adjunct preceptor for nursing students at both the University of Texas Permian Basin and Sul Ross State University.
Olivia and her husband, Mario, are proud parents of two sons- Cain and Noah. In her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling, shopping, and working on puzzles.
Colleen Jaurequi, MSN, APRN, CPNP
As a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and mother of three, I am deeply committed to transforming the way families experience healthcare. I believe every family deserves more time, direct access, and truly personalized care. Through concierge medicine, I empower parents to navigate their children’s health with confidence, ease, and peace of mind.
My approach combines evidence-based medicine with an integrative, family-centered philosophy providing thoughtful, compassionate care when it’s needed most. From well-child visits and sick care to parent education and preventive guidance, I strive to be a trusted partner in every family's health and wellness journey.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University and went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). I live in Rockwall with my husband and our three children, and we love staying active in the community you might spot us at the park or local events around town.

Bekah Awbrey, MSN, APRN, PA-C
Bekah is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for providing personalized, whole-person care to patients of all ages.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2013. She has years of concierge medicine experience, allowing her to deliver elevated, highly individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Bekah values building trusted relationships and enjoys partnering with individuals and families to support long-term wellness and prevention. Her goal is to create a supportive concierge experience where patients feel heard, educated, and empowered.
In her free time, Bekah enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her kids’ school, playing tennis and working on puzzles.
Rebecca Previte, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Rebecca is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in in-home care for both adults and children. A proud Baylor graduate, she began her nursing career in Labor and Delivery in 2011. After seven years at the bedside, she earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Her experience spans private family practice, corporate medicine, and concierge care, giving her a broad perspective on delivering personalized, relationship-centered healthcare. Rebecca believes that trust begins in the home and that true partnership is essential to caring for the whole family. She is passionate about educating and empowering patients and parents at every step of the care plan.
Rebecca lives in Lake Highlands with her husband Anthony, an ICU nurse, their two young daughters, and their Golden Retriever puppy, Fordy.
