Do you charge a membership fee or concierge fee?
No, we do not. We believe in quality, affordable healthcare for everyone. Our prices are transparent for each service.
Can you prescribe medication if needed?
Yes! Our team is able to assess, test, treat, and send prescriptions if needed. We are also able to refer to a higher level of care or specialists if necessary.
Do you offer bloodwork services?
Yes! We are able to perform in-home phlebotomy services. We will draw your labs and deliver them to the laboratory.
Do you take insurance?
TRIBE is a cash-pay concierge practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to keep our pricing transparent, spend more time with each patient, and eliminate the administrative delays that slow down traditional care.
After every visit, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement or to apply toward your out-of-pocket deductible.
You can also use your insurance for any outside services we order, including lab work, x-rays, and prescriptions.
No co-pays, no hidden fees, no surprises.
Do you see adults and kids?
Yes! We provide integrative healthcare for the entire family.

What form of payment do you accept?
You can use cash, HSA, FSA, credit or debit cards to pay for your health care services.

Absolutely! We can provide you with the documentation you need after your visit.
