Functional Medicine

Initial visit to obtain a comprehensive medical history and determine which functional medicine test is appropriate to optimize your health. This visit includes the initial appointment and a follow-up appointment to discuss the results of your testing and a customized treatment plan.

Physical Therapy

Since 2006, Ashley Morrow PT, MPT has improved the lives of newborns to grandparents. Some areas she focuses on are strength, transfer skills, developmental milestones, gross motor skills and much more!

Insurance and Payment

We do not accept insurance for services at this time. However, you are able to use your insurance to pay for lab work, x-rays, prescriptions, etc. Each patient will be provided with a superbill to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

You can use HSA, FSA, credit or debit cards to pay for your health care services. 


While you may be used to covering doctor and urgent care visits with insurance, our payment structure is very simple and transparent. There are no hidden fees or co-pays. Your service payment includes an in-home visit, direct access to our team for any questions or concerns, and convenient scheduling options.
